Points can be redeemed within the launcher on the side of the screen or on the members page here. You simply head to the 'Redeem Points' section and convert as many points as you wish above the minimum of 200, into store credit.

We allocate users points once they're order is completed, and in the case the order is refunded so are points.

Points will be visible within your account once you're order is complete, typically 1-2 weeks but this time can vary based upon each order.

While your points don't expire, you're rewards level is based upon points earn't in the last 12 months, so your level does expire if you don't reach the threshold with your purchases in the last year.
