We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, therefore we offer either a size/item exchange or 100 % product store credit. we do not offer refunds
shipping is not covered for returns.
Credits or Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item and returned to us within 14 days (30 days internationally). Once the return is received, please expect up to 1-3 business days to process your return.
The items being returned must be unworn, unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Take caution when trying on garments, as we will not accept them if they have makeup marks, stains and/or smell of perfume or body odor, etc.

please email us within 7 days of receiving with supporting imagery and we will get back to you within 48 hours. Please note that faulty items do not include those that have already been worn.
We are happy to repair or replace the item if deemed faulty. Refunds are issued only if we cannot repair or replace the item.

Order delivery time depends on shipment courier and destination. Delivery times are provided as a guideline only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation, stock availability, and/or delays due to customs.
TAXES & DUTIES
Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Australia may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country ["Import Fees"]. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. Regulations for import duties and taxes vary by country and we are unable to control these costs or predict their amount. If you refuse a shipment from ance gria, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to ance gria.
