Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item and returned to us within 14 days (30 days internationally). Once the return is received, please
expect up to 1-3 business days to process your return and another 2-3 business days for funds to reach your account.The items being returned must be unworn, unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Take caution when trying on garments, as we will not accept them if they have makeup marks, stains and/or smell of perfume or body odor, etc.

If you have received a faulty item, please email us within 7 days of receiving with supporting imagery and we will get back to you within 48 hours. Please note that faulty items do not include those that have already been worn.

Please allow 4-5 business days for us to get back to you regarding your return. Once approved we will supply you with our returns form. Return costs are at your
expense, we do not offer free returns. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to process your return. We recommend using a tracking

Order delivery time depends on shipment courier and destination. TAXES & DUTIES
Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Australia may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country ["Import Fees"]. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. Regulations for import duties and taxes vary by country and we are unable to control these costs or predict their amount. If you refuse a shipment from ance gria, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to ance gria.
