Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Your return outcome is determined by your delivery location. Please read this policy in full to confirm your eligibility.We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
All orders of full-priced items are eligible to be lodged for return via our Returns Portal, subject to the conditions below.
- Return request submitted within 10 days of delivery
- Items returned within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- All tags and original packaging must be intact
- No signs of wear, makeup marks, staining, washing, or fragrance
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping is complimentary for all customers
- All returns must be lodged via our Returns Portal
AUSTRALIA
Refunds
- Full-priced items shipped to Australian addresses are eligible for a refund
- A $25 handling fee will be deducted from the total refund amount
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
Exchanges
- Size exchanges (same style) are available at no cost via our Returns Portal
- Please note that exchanged items are not reserved and remain available to other customers. We recommend returning your item promptly to avoid missing out on your preferred size
Store Credit
- Store credit is issued at 100% of the item value with no handling fee
- Processed within 3–5 business days following inspection of the returned item
- Valid for 12 months from the date of issue
INTERNATIONAL (Rest of the world)
Refunds
- Refunds to original payment methods are not available on orders placed outside of Australia
- Eligible international returns will be issued as store credit only
- Duties and taxes are non-refundable and are managed by your local customs authority
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchanges
- Direct size exchanges are not currently available for international orders
- To exchange, please return your item for store credit and use the issued credit to repurchase your preferred size
Store Credit
- Issued to the email address associated with your order
- A handling fee will be deducted, whichever is the lesser amount: $30 USD or 70% of the return label cost
- Valid for 12 months from the date of issue
- Original shipping charges are not included in the store credit value
Sale Items (All Customers)
- All sale items are final sale
- No refunds, exchanges, or store credit
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us at ancegria@ancegria.com as soon as possible after receiving your order. Include clear supporting images so we can assess the issue. Our team will get back to you within 48 hours.
Please note:
- Items damaged through wear and tear, misuse, or improper care (including dry cleaning) are not eligible to be assessed as faulty.
- Items that you do not like the look of or that do not meet personal expectations are not considered faulty.
- We recommend choosing your dry cleaner carefully, as we're unable to take responsibility for any damage that occurs during cleaning or aftercare.
All garments are thoroughly assessed by our team before being deemed faulty. Where an item has a genuine fault, we'll work with you to make it right with a repair, replacement or refund.
This policy operates alongside, and does not limit, your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Reporting any fault promptly helps us resolve it quickly. -

Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed by our team — exchanges will be prioritised. If you haven't received an update after this time, please don't hesitate to contact us at ancegria@ancegria.com and we'll get back to you within 1–3 business days.
If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to process your return, please make sure you use a suitable bag or box to ship your item back to us in. -

Please check time frame in product description. All timeframes are from DISPATCHED date not Delivery date. Dispatch dates are an estimate and aren't guaranteed, please contact us for more insight into the items pre order timeframe.
ORDER PROCESS
ance gria process orders throughout the week. As we are a small business please allow 1-4 business days for your order to be processed and packed prior to shipping. Order delivery time depends on shipment courier and destination. Delivery times are provided as a guideline only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by couriers, payment authorisation, stock availability, and/or delays due to customs or high risk areas.
TAXES & DUTIES
As we ship from Australia, all international orders, are subject to local taxes, customs duties, and import fees ("Import Fees"), which are calculated and included at checkout based on your shipping address and your country’s customs regulations. This means you won't face unexpected charges when your order arrives.
For orders shipped to the United States, all applicable taxes and duties are included in the total cost of your order.

Once your parcel has been dispatched and is in the care of DHL or Australia Post, ance gria is no longer responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit. This includes parcels marked as delivered by the courier.
Please note that signature upon delivery is the default delivery setting for all orders, and we strongly recommend keeping this requirement to ensure secure receipt. If you choose to waive the signature requirement, either at checkout or directly with the courier, you accept full responsibility for the safe delivery of your order. -

We provide express shipping worldwide.
International orders will take 3-5 day via DHL express.
Australia can opt for standard 3-5 days or express 1-3 days via auspost.

Each product has a fit quiz that is able to recommend you a size. please use the garment stretch bar and size bar to determine fit. we also have Size charts that can help make the decision process easier

For international orders (excluding the United States), any applicable duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. there will be no additional charges once order is placed. checkout price is final price for all customers from all countries.

If you do not collect your parcel within the required timeframe, it will be returned to us.
Once received, a store credit or refund will be issued in accordance with our returns policy for your country, minus a $30 handling fee to cover costs associated with the return shipment.
