Terms and Conditions

This website (“Website”) is owned and operated by Ance Gria Pty Ltd (ABN 25 688 090 440) (“Ance Gria”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this Website and your relationship with Ance Gria. By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this Website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions as they apply at the time of use. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this Website. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms apply regardless of how you access the Website, including via desktop, mobile, tablet, or other devices.

2. Privacy

To place an order, you may be required to provide personal information including your name, phone number, email address, payment details, and delivery address. We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your data is collected, used, and stored.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order on this Website, you are making an offer to purchase products at the prices displayed. All orders are subject to acceptance by Ance Gria.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, EFTPOS, UnionPay, JCB, Shop Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Afterpay. You warrant that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully received. All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). International customers acknowledge that exchange rates and conversion fees may apply and are determined by their financial institution.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order prior to dispatch for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors. Any payments received will be refunded in such cases.

4. Eligibility and Use

Our products are sold for personal use only. Commercial use, including resale, rental, or hire, is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where commercial use is suspected.

Items purchased for rental or commercial purposes are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit, and such use voids any warranties.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Dispatch times may vary depending on product availability and external courier services. Once an order has been dispatched, Ance Gria is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order is dispatched and in the care of the courier, responsibility transfers to the customer. Ance Gria is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels once marked as delivered by the courier.

If you choose to waive signature-on-delivery, you accept full responsibility for the safe receipt of your order. We strongly recommend selecting signature-on-delivery.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Refused shipments will incur return shipping costs and any applicable fees, which will be deducted from any credit issued.

6. Returns Policy

All returns must be lodged via our Loop Returns Portal:

Returns submitted outside of the returns portal will not be accepted and will not be eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

Timeframes

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be returned within 14 days (or 30 days for international orders)

Condition of Returns

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, odour, stains, makeup, fake tan, or damage will be rejected.

All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Items that do not meet return requirements will be returned to the customer at their expense.

7. Store Credit, Refunds & Exchanges

Store Credit

Store credit is issued to the account associated with the original order email address, is non-transferable, and valid for one (1) year. Store credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Australian Customers

For full-priced items, Australian customers may choose:

  • A refund, less a $25 AUD handling fee, returned to the original payment method; or

  • A 100% store credit.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Customers

International orders are not eligible for refunds. Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

Change of Mind Returns

Refunds are not offered for change-of-mind returns, except as outlined above for Australian customers. Change of mind includes:

  • Incorrect size or colour selection

  • Disliking style, fit, or fabric

  • Finding a better price elsewhere

  • Deciding you no longer want the item

  • Purchasing multiple items with intent to return some

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. International exchanges are not offered. International customers may return items for store credit and place a new order.

8. Sale & Final Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for store credit or size exchange only, unless marked Final Sale.

Final Sale items are not eligible for refunds or store credit. Size exchanges may be permitted subject to availability.

9. Faulty Items

If you believe an item is faulty, please contact ancegria@ancegria.com within 7 days of delivery with supporting images.

If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, you may choose a refund, replacement, or repair. If no fault is found, the item will be returned to you.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions does not constitute a fault.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

For major failures, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair. For minor faults, we may choose to repair or replace the item. This does not apply to change-of-mind returns.

11. Promotions & Discount Codes

Only one promotional code may be used per order unless otherwise stated. Codes are subject to conditions and may be withdrawn at any time.

Welcome codes are valid on full-priced items only and expire 20 days from issue.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, including designs, images, text, and branding, is the intellectual property of Ance Gria. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

13. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ance Gria is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this Website or products.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

15. Mobile Messaging Terms

By subscribing to SMS communications, you agree to receive transactional and promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
