A study in contrast and controlled sensuality. Referencing the 90's trim. This piece features structured black bengaline trim that anchors the sequin-embroidered main fabric. The curved trimming sculpts the body, framing clear sequins on black mesh.
The Lake Collection is a reflection of vintage glamour. A collection for the bold inspired by the sleek shapes and tactile textures of the 1990s. Silk trims and sharp tailoring draw on the decade’s iconic balance of minimalism and edge.
This design was inspired by the contrast of tuxedo satin, with silk trim added for a subtle 90’s touch. Once the drape began, it was clear the back needed to echo the front to keep the symmetry and balance of the silhouette.
We loved the 100% silk-trimming idea and carried it into this silhouette. The frill and flowing skirt felt right. Sheer, light, and a little sexy. Side seams were added to create extra movement and keep the whole piece feeling airy and alive.
The Devon started as a classic off-the-shoulder black gown, with an overlay that drapes in soft, fluid folds. We kept the timeless neckline but refined the cut to create something flattering, confident, and effortless.
