Your right to withdraw

• As per the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers based in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their goods without providing a reason.

Returns Process

• Items must be returned unworn, unused and in original condition with tags attached and original packaging — no signs of wear, makeup marks, washing or fragrance.
• Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We supply a prepaid label and deduct the shipping cost from your refund.
• This returns shipping fee is waived if the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Refund

• Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect your return. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
• The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return.
