Once your order is placed, we require at least 1-2 business days and up to 4 business days during peak trade to process your order and have it dispatched.
Once it's dispatched delivery can take between 3-5 business days via DHL express.
For domestic shipments, standard shipping will take between 3-5 business days and express shipping will take between 1-3 business days via Australia Post.

Duties and taxes are charged at checkout for all international customers based outside of Australia, excluding US customers. These are calculated and charged by your countries local customs. These charges are non-refundable.

If you do not collect your parcel within the required timeframe, it will be returned to us.
Once received, a store credit or refund will be issued in accordance with our returns policy for your country, minus a $30 handling fee to cover costs associated with the return shipment.
