Ance Gria gift cards ("gift cards") can be used to purchase products online at ancegria.com and, during our pop-up store trading period, in person at 44 Gurner St, Paddington, NSW, 2021.

Gift cards are available as:

• E-gift cards — delivered by email to the recipient you choose at checkout
• Physical gift cards — available in-store during our pop-up, redeemable online or in-store

This gift card is valid for 3+ years from the date of purchase.

Redeemable in-store at Ance Gria during our pop-up (44 Gurner St, Paddington, NSW, 2021), and online anytime at ancegria.com - including after the pop-up closes.

• Online: enter your gift card code at checkout at ancegria.com. The value will be applied to your order total.
• In-store: present your physical gift card or code at the register during our pop-up trading period, 16/10/26 – 15/01/27, at 44 Gurner St, Paddington, NSW, 2021.
• After the pop-up closes: gift cards remain valid and can still be redeemed online at ancegria.com for the remainder of the card's validity period.

Gift cards can be combined with discount codes and eligible sales promotions, and can be used across multiple orders until the balance is used up. Any remaining balance stays on the card for future use.

• Gift cards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, in whole or in part, except where required by law.
• Gift cards are non-refundable.
• No fees or charges apply to the value of your gift card (e.g. no activation, balance enquiry, or inactivity fees).

Please treat your gift card like cash. Ance Gria is not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, or damaged after purchase or delivery, and cannot issue replacements or refunds in these circumstances.

• Gift cards are issued by Ance Gria and may only be used to purchase goods from ancegria.com or our pop-up store during its trading period.
• We may update these terms from time to time; the terms in effect at the time you purchase or receive your gift card will apply.
• Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
